Elizabeth Kilpatrick

As the Senior Vice President of Development and Operations at the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, Elizabeth Kilpatrick leads the organization's fundraising, marketing, research, and financial management. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has a proven track record of securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants, as well as developing strategic partnerships and engaging diverse stakeholders. Elizabeth is passionate about advancing the mission of the Geena Davis Institute, which is to eliminate unconscious bias, highlight gender balance, and challenge stereotypes in the entertainment industry. She is a producer of the Emmy-nominated show "Mission Unstoppable with Miranda Cosgrove" and an executive producer of the documentary "Nothing Fits". She also speaks at various events and panels on the impact of diversity and inclusion in media and entertainment. Elizabeth and her team received the Governor's Award from the Television Academy at the 2022 Emmy's for their transformational contribution to the field.
