Cillian Dunne

Cillian Dunne is a young screenwriter & author from Dublin, Ireland that currently resides in Los Angeles. Since moving to Los Angeles, Cillian has gotten steady freelance work, particularly in the areas of ghostwriting, documentary narrative development, and feature script development. Storytelling has long been a passion for Cillian. Having written his first novel at the age of 22, it was the warm reception he received that inspired him to continue writing novels. At the age of 24, Cillian released his second novel, titled “True West”. After being available for several months on Amazon, an independent US publisher named House of Honor books, reached out to Cillian and asked to publish “True West” with them. Cillian recently released his third novel, in which he closely worked with the victim of a horrendous crime, private investigators based out of Boston, and journalists from The Boston Globe. Now, Cillian has begun research for his new novel, the story of a man named David Spivey, who was a former gang member in South Central Los Angeles that murdered two rival gang members and was sentenced to life in prison. In order to complete this work, Cillian will interview gang members (current and past), research the prison and judicial system in California, and aid David Spivey in getting his anti-gang life message out into the world.
