A redhead who hails from Kentucky, Taylor Coriell is an award-winning bicoastal writer & director, addicted to shows and movies about the people and places that make you feel at home with yourself, through the lens of ladycentric dramedies, rom coms, and buddy comedies. A Black List Recommended writer, Taylor was most recently featured on The Stunt List's Naughty List and in the Top 15% for the Nicholl Fellowship, as a Finalist for the Humanitas New Voices Fellowship & Atlanta Film Festival's TV pilot competition, and as a 2x Semifinalist for the Sundance New Voices Labs. Her work as a director and producer has screened on Amazon Prime and in festivals all over the world, including Catalyst Content Fest, deadCenter Film Fest, HollyWebFest, Big Apple Film Fest, Art of Brooklyn Film Fest, Katra Film Series, London Short Series Fest, and the official Webfests of Seoul, Berlin, Sicily, Rome, Miami, NJ, and of course, her beloved NYC.
