A 2023 Stowe Story Labs Participant , New York Script Award winner for Best TV Pilot, and a three time Austin Film Festival Second-Rounder, Kelly is the founder of From the Fringe Productions, LLC, a graduate of Emerson College's MFA in Writing for Film and Television, and an Associate Professor of English and Screenwriting at Northern Virginia Community College.
