My agent bills me as an award-winning, classically trained, character actor, but I'm just a guy who's been addicted to performing since he was a kid, mimicking family members for laughs. In the before times, I spent the better part of the last 30 years on CT stages, eventually leading to my wife and I launching Vagabond Theatre Company in Bridgeport, late 2016. ~~~ I occasionally played small film roles as favors for friends, but when Covid shuttered theaters I pivoted exclusively to films at my wife's insistence. Landing my first role as cursed Christmas tree salesman, Bernie Davis in the POV shot, horror/comedy short The Woodsman. This “little short that could” played over two dozen festivals, received nine award nominations, and was twice presented Best Short and Best Actor. ~~~ I have three films in the 2024 festival circuit: the sci-fi mockumentary feature WORLDS premiered at Panic Fest in Kansas City, the black comedy short Breakfast of Champions at premiered at ÉCU in Paris, and Omnes Films' baseball comedy feature Eephus premiered at Cannes. ~~~ I've also driven a desk as a metal trader for the last 25 yrs. Now that we are empty nesters most of my free time is spent recalculating family recipes for just my wife and I, making good on my promises to tackle renovation projects on our small farmhouse her great grandmother had built in 1921 that I had delayed “until the kids are moved out”, or filling in the craters our 6 y.o. Husky/Malamute insists she needs in the backyard.
