Kelly Tang

Kelly Tang is a Los Angeles-based screenwriter who specializes in WOC-focused genre-bending dramedies. She earned her BS in Psychology from Sun Yat-sen University, Master in Communication from USC, then studied screenwriting at UCLA Extension. In addition to developing here in the U.S., she has also worked with TV and film studios overseas in production and development while also selling a show to one of the biggest TV studios in China. Having immigrated to the U.S. as a young adult, she aims to celebrate the voices of both AAPI and the immigrant community.
