Holly Meehl Chapman

Over the past ten years, Meehl Chapman has produced critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary and fiction features through her company Lunamax Films. Her films have premiered at top tier festivals such as Tribeca Film Festival, AFI Fest, Doc NYC, and IDFA. Her most recent film, JACINTA, launched as a Hulu Original in parthership with ABC News last fall and won the Best New Documentary Director Award at Tribeca in 2020. She co-produced LOVE, CHARLIE: THE RISE AND FALL OF CHEF CHARLIE TROTTER, a feature doc to be released by Greewnich Entertainment later this year. Her other producing credits include fiction feature and indie darling, IN REALITY (2019) and New York Times Critic’s Pick documentary, FOR THE BIRDS (2019). She is an Impact Producing Fellow and was listed on Doc NYCs “40 under 40” in 2021.
