Josh Levine

Josh Levine most recently wrote a road trip comedy for Paramount Pictures and Broken Road Productions. His other feature credits include the animated THE PIRATE PRINCESS for Mattel and Curiosity Ink. In television, Josh most recently served as Executive Story Editor on Steve Levitan's recent Hulu comedy REBOOT. Other writing credits include MS. MARVEL for Marvel Studios, Peter Tolan's FX series BELATED, and Emmy-nominated Season 2 of Hulu's critically acclaimed comedy, PEN15. Josh's episode for PEN15 ("Sleepover") was named one of "30 Best TV Episodes of 2020" by Entertainment Weekly. Josh is a queer writer with the heart of a golden retriever and an obsession with unapologetic, funny women. A graduate of Rutgers University, Josh began his career in New York as a playwright. His play HOMEMADE received the Kennedy Center's Mark Twain Prize for Comic Playwriting. His I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU was chosen by publisher for inclusion in their "The Best Ten-Minute Plays 2014." Josh has been a proud member of the WGA since 2019. He is represented by CAA, Grandview and Cohen Gardner LLP. He and his husband Ryan Dietz are the parents of two young daughters.
