Federica Belletti

Federica is a bilingual producer originally from Italy, based in NY. She started out as an intern at Maven Pictures and Gamechanger Films; worked as Location Manager; and as Producers Assistant at CounterNarrative Films, the company co-founded by Anna Gerb, Neal Dodson and JC Chandor. In the meantime, she has produced nine award-winning narrative shorts that played at 100+ festivals worldwide including “Ayaan”, a 2023 Academy Awards® Live Action qualified short; “Refuge” now available on The New Yorker’s website; and “Nice Talking To You” which is a 2022 Vimeo staff pick. In 2020, she co-founded Blue Soup Films, which boosts leading emerging voices from the UK, Australia, Chile, Pakistan and Italy. She holds an MFA in Creative Producing from Columbia University (class of 2018) where she was the recipient of the HFPA Fellowship and the winner of the Arthur Krim Memorial Award For Excellence in Producing. Federica was also part of the 2019 Tribeca All Access and the 2020 BAFTA Newcomers programs.
