Danielle Weinberg

An award-winning writer and published author since the third grade, Danielle recently sold an original romcom script. Her feature screenplay IRL was named to The Best of the Independent Writers' Caucus in 2024. Her play MURDER, PARTY OF TEN was featured in the 2023 New Works Festival of the Long Beach Shakespeare Company, and four festivals selected her short film Down with the Ship in 2022. Danielle is a graduate of the Writing Seminars at the Johns Hopkins University, where she also earned a degree in Film & Media Studies. She has an M.F.A. in Feature Film Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She worked for K/O Paper Products, the production company of Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (STAR TREK, SLEEPY HOLLOW), and developed projects for Johnson Production Group, Orlando Jones and Legion of Creatives. Danielle's writing style is light, quick, and witty. Her influences include Steve Martin, Mel Brooks, and Steven Spielberg.
