I have several years of professional experience as a personal assistant. While I love the work itself, my motivation is in the growth that occurs and the trust that forms through the working relationship. During a job I look for ways to exceed expectations by completing my responsibilities with the goal of better understanding my employer. This allows for a more pro-active performance for myself, and an easier life for my employer. I believe in being the best part of someone’s day! People are more than just the career they choose, so I always seek to view my employer as a person with real needs first.
