Jack Messitt

My work as a Camera Operator includes hundreds of hours of television including Fox's 911:Lonestar and Bones, ABC's Mixed-ish, Scandal, Station 19 and Black-ish, NBC's Chicago Fire and CBS's Extant. I am a former First Vice President of the Society of Camera Operators and was the Editor of Camera Operator Magazine. My credits as a Director of Photography include Ion Television's The Christmas Witness, the MTV Movie Awards short films, the Opening Film for the Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis, 2nd unit on ABC’s Station 19 and Fox’s Bones, and the Feature Films Irreversi, Girl With No Number and The Curiosity of Chance. I am a specialist in shooting green screens, rear projection and matching lighting/framing to existing footage and virtual environments.
