Jenna Malatskey

Jenna graduated from UCLA, where she studied Communications, Theater, and Film, TV, & Digital Media. Some of her recent roles include playing Jessica in the comedic web series Writers Group, which is currently making its way through the film festival circuit, and Ava in Spells Like Teen Spirit, which had a successful 2020 film festival run (screened at LAShorts, Burbank International Film Festival, Los Angeles Indie Shorts Fest, etc.). Jenna won "Best Leading Actress" for the role of Ava. Jenna is a co-founder of an all-female theatre company called Liminal Playground and an industry podcast called Behind the Now, in which she chats with creatives and executives about their pathway, with an emphasis on being in the NOW. Jenna is a former competitive dancer, and she loves comedy, tap dancing, singing, and writing.
