Diana Rivera Vera

Puerto Rican filmmaker, Diana Rivera Vera, has over 10 years of live action experience as a Director, Producer & Writer and 8 years experience in the Animation industry. She is currently a Script Supervisor at Pixar Animation Studios, but previously she was at Blue Sky Studios, and worked on films such as Ice Age: Collision Course, Ferdinand, Spies in Disguise & Nimona. While there, Diana was part of their Production Management Team, Studio Creative Trust and Cultural Trust Team. She was also one of the fellow members featured in the 'Walt Disney Studio's LatinX in Animation' panel in 2020. Diana also writes, directs and produces independent live action projects. One of her most recently produced feature films, THORP, is now streaming on platforms. In the past, Diana also worked at NBCUniversal, contributing to TV shows such as New York Live, Talk Stoop and George to the Rescue. Diana strongly believes that storytelling is a powerful tool that can push the boundaries of human existence. She is an advocate for authenticity in film and she enjoys working with innovators who want to make an impact with their craft
