Erica Shelton Kodish

Erica Shelton Kodish is a television writer-producer in Los Angeles currently serving as Executive Producer on the new CBS drama ELSBETH starring Carrie Preston and Wendell Pierce premiering in February 2024. Previously, Kodish was writer and Consulting Producer on THE EQUALIZER starring Queen Latifah. She has also served as Executive Producer and showrunner of the revamped fourth and fifth seasons of the BET drama series, BEING MARY JANE, starring Gabrielle Union. Kodish’s other television writing credits include the critically acclaimed CBS series, THE GOOD WIFE, starring Emmy Award winner Julianna Margulies. Her career as a TV writer began on the Jerry Bruckheimer forensic crime series, CSI: New York. Kodish, then, added the legal series Close to Home, Cold Case, HawthoRNe, Covert Affairs and FBI to her growing list of credits.
