Ian Fisher

TLDR: I’m a comedy writer who specializes in jokes and punch up. Longer more flattering version: I’m a Canadian writer, actor and comedian who has amassed millions of views online. I co-wrote and starred in the award winning indie TV Pilot Timberwood (Winner: Best TV Pilot - New York City Film & TV Festival,  Best Comedy Pilot - North Fork TV Festival, Best TV Pilot - The TV Fest Canada, Best Comedy - Alberta Film & TV Awards, SeriesFest - Official Selection, Official Selection at Catalyst Stories, Official Selection at the LA Comedy Festival) and wrote the award winning short film Yellow Lines (Starring Dani Kind, Netflix's Workin Moms, Winner: Best Screenwriting - Film and Video Awards (Canada). I’m a graduate of the Second City Conservatory, the UCB Comedy Theatre and the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute and has performed stand up comedy clubs across North America including the Laugh Factory, the Ice House, The Comedy Store and Yuk Yuks.  As an actor, I’ve appeared on TV shows on the CW, Netflix, Amazon Prime, USA and more!
