McKenzi Vanderberg

McKenzi Vanderberg is a recent MFA graduate from USC, School of Cinematic Arts in Film & TV Production with a specific focus in directing and screenwriting. During her time at USC, McKenzi wrote, directed, and produced multiple short films, each earning its own film festival run. McKenzi also held multiple development internships while attending USC, honing her creative producing skills at Blumhouse Productions and Fangoria Studios. ​ Prior to USC, McKenzi worked for the nonprofit arthouse Enzian Theater as Development Manager and Film Programmer for the Oscar-accredited Florida Film Festival. ​ McKenzi has a strong passion for films with a social message, particularly horror films that explore the diverse, complicated female experience.
