Bio
Brett is a recent graduate of the AFI Conservatory Directing Program. His thesis film Black Whole won Best Student Film at the '22 San Diego International Film Festival, and Best Student Film at the Windrider Summit and Sundance Film Festival Experience. Originally from the mountains of North Idaho, Brett lived abroad in Belgium and the Netherlands before received his BA in Media Arts from Brigham Young University. Brett's films explore stepping through the threshold of parenthood, with all the fear and awe that goes along with it. His commercial directing work has been featured on the NFL Network, CBS Sports, and Bleacher Report.
