Gina Ippolito

I’m originally from Boonton Township, New Jersey, and currently live in Los Angeles, where I’ve written for such shows as CBS' The Unicorn, the revival of Murphy Brown, the Emmy-award winning Cartoon Network series, Regular Show, Disney Channel's Bunk'd, and the 2016 reboot of Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls. My first graphic novel, B.A.B.E. Squad, which I co-wrote with my friend, Haley Mancini, was released in March 2019. Its first run has completely sold out. I have studied, performed, coached, and taught improv and sketch comedy at UCB theater, The Pack Theater, iO West, and The Improv Space. I was also the New Jersey Junior women's chess champion when I was 17, which is shockingly one of the least dorky things about me.
