Joann Mercado Hicks

Joann assists and oversees the pre- and post-production stages of each video production project to ensure a client’s message is effectively communicated and executed. Her versatility and attention to detail allow her to adapt to many different situations. Joann has a background in public relations, with a degree in mass communication and journalism and certification in special events planning.
