In the business of unscripted television, I have been a production leader with a global footprint leading cross functional teams while empowering them to do their best work. Last minute changes and potential chaos are brought to order with thoughtful decision-making based on instincts that can only come from experience. Management and deadlines are handled without losing sight of the details and magic of innovative storytelling in genres including food, food competition, travel & culture, relationships and adventure. I love that I have been given the nickname, "The Glue," on a big production for which I was Supervising Producer. It really encapsulates my ability and experience in overseeing the production, understanding all the bits that need to happen, and being an ambassador between departments leading them to the finish line. But I have also been, and truly love being, the lead producer in the field where it's me, the crew and the cast/talent/subjects, and I am a Storyteller. Everything that I do always comes back to storytelling.
