Daniel Kemp

I work as an executive producer at Make Films, a production company specialising in documentaries & branded content. Before, I worked at a British Film Institute backed startup, & further back at youth media disrupter VICE where I headed up the film category. In 2014, I took screenwriting night courses at Central St Martins College London. Over 3 years I studied the craft & have been honing my skills ever since. I’ve since written 6 features & 2 pilots that I’m pitching to the industry. I would find huge satisfaction in life if I can help make movies or series that provide escapism, challenge perceptions & feed imaginations. Through cold pitches, brilliant execs from epic film companies such as Dreamworks, Searchlight & Film4 have given me encouraging feedback & strengthened my resolve to turn my filmmaking dreams into multi-sensory realities.
