Terri Viani

Terri Coduri Viani started her screenwriting career on Disney/ABC's hit show, Brand Spanking New Doug. After Disney, she freelanced in New York City before moving to New England to write for The Westerly (RI)Sun and The Stonebridge Press rural newspaper group. Her scripts have been finalists in the New England Film Fellowship Contest and the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards and earned places on The Bitch List 2020 and at Stowe Story Labs and the Austin Film Festival. Terri is a Script Magazine contributing writer and the founder of Script Club, an online script reading society, and Creatives45, a networking group for writers 45+. She lived and traveled all over the world as a teen, including Saudi Arabia and the Soviet Union, and spent her high school years at an all-girls boarding school in the English countryside. She now resides in Connecticut with one husband and three cats and credits her rambling childhood for her love of writing about offbeat worlds and the misfit characters who inhabit them, as well as her deep understanding of the need for an emotional and physical place to call home.
