Alejandra López

Alejandra's short film "The Blue Cape", which she wrote and directed, has screened at Oscar® qualifying Palm Springs International Short Film Festival, Uppsala International Short Film Festival, Guadalajara International Film Festival, Aspen Shortfest, among others, and was acknowledged with an Honorable Mention in the category for Best Live Action at Cleveland International Film Festival. She was a staff writer on Sony Pictures Television's "Startup" and has directed fictional podcasts such as "Wolverine: La Larga Noche" starring Joaquin Cosio for Marvel Entertainment and "Tejana" starring Stephanie Beatriz for Telemundo. Alejandra has been selected on the Starz #TakeTheLead Writers Intensive, the Women In Film Directing Fellowship, the Ryan Murphy Half Initiative Directors Program, and the Warner Brothers Discovery Access Directors Program. Originally from Puerto Rico, she's repped by Bellevue Productions and WME.
