Bio
Josh Yguado is the Cofounder and President of Jam City, one of the most successful mobile entertainment companies in the world with more than a billion game downloads and 20 million monthly users. Founded in 2010, Jam City is an international mobile content leader with teams based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Toronto, Bogota, Buenos Aires, and Berlin. Jam City awards include Facebook Game of the Year, and Best Game of the Year honors from Google and Apple. Before launching Jam City, Josh was a senior executive at Fox Entertainment Group, where he worked on the expansion of Fox Television Studios, the launch of new television networks, and the acquisition and launch of new digital businesses including Hulu and MySpace. His career also includes strategy and corporate development positions at Spanish-language broadcaster Univision Communications and MTV Networks. SoCalTech named Josh one of its 50 Most Influential People in Southern California’s technology industry. Josh is a member of YPO Los Angeles and serves on the boards of several for-profit and non-profit companies. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Josh is a member of the 2020 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
